Online Introspective Hypnosis Session
Sessions will be held on Zoom and you will need headphones with a microphone so I can hear you when you potentially talk softly and I will be directly into your ears for full focus and clarity.
What is Introspective Hypnosis?
Introspective Hypnosis is a 3-4 hour deep cleaning of the mental, physical, and spiritual where we will visit past traumas to take back our energy from those who have hurt us, gain clarity, and to practice forgiveness. I focus on: 1. Bringing you back to the womb to see what mental programs formed at the beginning of life, 2. Understanding maternal and paternal lineages, and 3. Exchanging heavy energies in the body with self love and empowerment.
There is potential to visit past lives, release entity attachments, and reconnect with loved ones who already passed away. Please come with questions you want clarity on so I can ask them during the session.
What Happens in a Session
INTERVIEW
I begin each hypnosis with an interview to see who are the key players and moments in your life. I ask detailed questions about your life; your relationship to your mom, dad, family, key moments that have stuck with you, and what events stop you from being your truest self, etc.HYPNOSIS
After you tell me all I need to navigate in your mind, I bring you into a relaxed state to enter into your subconscious mind. Here we go to the womb, revisit past memories, and scan the body to see if there's anything that's not supposed to be there. This is the bulk of the session.REFLECTION
After the hypnosis, we end with a reflection of your experience and I ask if you want to share parts of your hypnosis publicly*. If not, I share with you the video and see if you want to write a testimonial or refer me to your friends and family.
